I am an Art Psychotherapist with over thirteen years of clinical experience working across a wide range of settings, including prisons, rehabilitation centres, corporate environments, and hospice care. I currently work with individuals and couples in private practice, alongside ongoing involvement in addiction services.
My work is relational, grounded, and compassionate. I offer a space where you can slow down, feel met as you are, and explore your experiences with honesty and care. I’m interested in how people actually live and relate, rather than how they feel they should be. Together, we can gently explore what shapes your choices, patterns, and relationships, and what might support meaningful change.
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship difficulties, addiction, identity, life transitions, grief, and existential questions. My approach is informed by long-term training in somatic and relational ways of working with intimacy and partnership. I have particular experience supporting people in LGBTQ+ communities, those exploring ethical non-monogamy, and relationships that sit outside traditional models.
As an art psychotherapist, creative processes can be part of our work when they feel helpful and appropriate — no artistic experience is needed. I am also trained in hypnotherapy, which can be useful when working with anxiety, habits, or deeply held patterns that feel difficult to shift through conscious effort alone.
At heart, my work is about awareness and connection — how we meet ourselves, how we relate to others, and how much aliveness we allow into our lives. I value curiosity over blame, honesty over perfection, and thoughtful, direct conversations that respect your intelligence and lived experience.
