Choosing your therapist
Choosing to seek support is an act of courage — a first step toward understanding yourself more deeply, finding relief from distress, and learning new ways of relating to life’s challenges.
Therapy can offer a compassionate space to explore thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and strengthen your sense of self. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply want a trusted professional to talk with, working with a skilled therapist can help you feel heard, understood, and supported.
Below you’ll find our team of therapists practising at No.8, each offering a warm, professional presence and a range of therapeutic approaches designed to meet you where you are. We hope you find someone here who feels like the right fit for your journey.
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and the relationship you build together often matters more than any specific technique or approach. We encourage you to take time to read through our therapists’ profiles to get a sense of who they are and how they work. Many people find it helpful to have a brief phone call or short Zoom conversation with one or more therapists before deciding, and it’s completely okay to do so. Trusting your sense of comfort and connection is an important part of finding the therapist who feels right for you.

Contact the therapists you are interested in by using their contact information — each therapist manages their own practice, and sets their own fees and hours of working.
If you require additional support in choosing your therapist — please email Emily Fiddian at therapy@no8.info with brief details about yourself, and when you are available.
We look forward to welcoming you to No.8.
