I provide counselling therapy to clients facing challenges at all stages of life. Clients work with me in the short, medium or long term.

In our work together, we can take the time to explore what’s going on for you, to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and find a steadier sense of understanding, confidence and direction.

This is a space set aside for you — to be heard, to reflect, to be curious, and to consider what you want for your life.

Typically, I work with clients dealing with:

  • Relationship problems
  • Family/parenting dynamics
  • Work stress
  • Grief
  • Loss
  • Change
  • Low mood and depression
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Isolation and loneliness

Sessions are 50 minutes. Get in touch to arrange a free, 20-minute chat to talk about what brings you to counselling and how we might work together.
